Posisi: HR Manager

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related quantitative disciplines from a reputable university
• Minimum 5+ years of comprehensive HR management experience in strategic or high-autonomy roles
• Proven experience within holding companies, conglomerates, or manufacturing environments
• Strong expertise in Industrial Relations, Legal Compliance, Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan / UU Cipta Kerja), and dispute resolution
• Experienced in Compensation & Benefits structure, payroll systems, and HR operational management
• Strong understanding of Purchasing and Procurement processes for GA operations
• Excellent analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Professional English Communication Skill

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Lead end-to-end HR Operations including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Organization Development
• Handle Industrial Relations matters, labor compliance, and Company Regulation (Peraturan Perusahaan) processes
• Oversee General Affairs, Purchasing, Procurement, and vendor management activities
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOP, and organizational structures aligned with business objectives
• Manage payroll compliance, budgeting, and operational HR administration
• Coordinate closely with management, legal firms, auditors, and internal stakeholders across business units
