Membantu proses onboarding klien, termasuk pengisian checklist onboarding dan pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan. Melakukan koordinasi internal dengan tim terkait (Operasional, Finance, IT, Legal) untuk mendukung kebutuhan klien. Melakukan input, update, dan monitoring data klien serta status kerja sama di sistem. Membantu penyusunan laporan penjualan dan performa klien secara berkala. Menangani permintaan dan keluhan klien sebagai first-level support sebelum dilakukan eskalasi. Mendukung proses billing dan administrasi invoice, termasuk pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen.
