Posisi: Workday HCM Lead - HR Information Systems

Persyaratan

  • Experience: A minimum of 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Workday support or consulting, with a strong background in Workday HCM.
  • Module Expertise: Deep functional expertise and proven implementation experience in Workday Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Workday security architecture, Integrations business process configuration, calculated fields, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), and custom reporting is required.
  • Certifications: Current Workday HCM certification is highly preferred; additional certifications in Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, or Talent Management are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical configurations to non-technical iya stakeholders.
  • Education: A bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • System Configuration and Management: Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, and Talent Management.
  • Absence Management: Define and manage accrued time-off and leave-of-absence plans, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and organizational policies.
  • Advanced Compensation: Configure and administer complex compensation programs, including salary planning, incentive compensation, and stock plans, and support annual compensation review cycles.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the configuration and administration of talent processes within Workday, succession planning, and talent optimization.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Report Writer and other tools to provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights into absence trends, compensation metrics, performance data, and other strategic HR areas.
  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing HR processes and recommend and implement enhancements that automate, build efficiencies, and enable self-service.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve complex system issues, identify root causes, and drive improvements to enhance system reliability and employee experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR business partners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure system functionality meets business needs.
  • Change Management and Training: Maintain clear documentation for configurations and processes, and assist in the development of communication and training materials for end-users.
  • System Updates: Monitor and assess the impact of Workday & bi-annual releases and recommend the adoption of new features and enhancements.
