Persyaratan

• Diploma 3 degree or equivalent of Business/ Logistic/ Management/ Transportation with min. GPA 3.00
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably have proven experience in administrative or sales support role.
• Experience with (ERP) or order processing/inventory management software is highly desirable.
• Good Attitude, initiative, proactive, attention to detail
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for reports, data analysis, tracking), Word, and Outlook.
• Able to speak and write in English
• Placement: Ancol, Jakarta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Prepare and manage export document accurately and on time
• Basic sales processes, order-to-cash cycles, and invoicing procedures
• Coordinate with Freight Forwarder / Shipping Line & related parties
• Manage and rate Logistic Suppliers, Low cost logistic, etc
• Ensuring All document activity comply with customs and company regulation
• Handling export Procedure/ Document (Invoice, Packing List , BL, COO, others) , Incoterms & other shipping document
• Contact customers via phone or email to obtain missing information or clarify order details, ensuring all specifications are precise for manufacturing.
• Communicate order details and requirements to the Production or Manufacturing department to ensure timely and accurate production scheduling and to track manufacturing progress.
• Compile and prepare regular reports, such as daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, order status reports, and sales performance metrics for management.
