Persyaratan

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Marketing/Komunikasi/Manajemen atau relevan).
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Supervisor di FMCG (General Trade lebih diutamakan).
  • Memiliki SIM A / C, terbiasa mobile & kunjungan lapangan.
  • Menguasai strategi distribusi, analisa pasar, monitoring outlet.
  • Memiliki komunikasi, leadership, problem solving, & teamwork.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Memonitor, mengarahkan, dan memastikan pencapaian target distribusi serta volume penjualan di area melalui pengelolaan Register Outlet (RO), Active Outlet (AO), Effective Call (EC), New Open Outlet (NOO), dan kinerja Salesman Exclusive (SE), serta menjaga ketersediaan produk dan hubungan baik dengan distributor/outlet.
  • Tugas & Tanggung Jawab Utama
  • Memonitor & memastikan pencapaian target area distribusi & volume (RO, AO, EC, NOO).
  • Melakukan analisa kendala pencapaian target serta memberikan rekomendasi solusi ke Regional Sales Manager.
  • Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke pasar/distributor untuk memastikan availability produk, display di outlet, kesegaran produk (expired date), dan mencegah OOS.
  • Melakukan kunjungan ke Grosir/Pareto sesuai jadwal kunjungan yang ditentukan.
  • Mengarahkan & memonitor kinerja Salesman Exclusive (SE) terkait JOM, AO, dan NOO.
  • Memberikan edukasi produk & mengembangkan soft/technical skill SE, termasuk penggunaan handheld.
  • Memastikan SE bekerja sesuai SOP distributor.
  • Memastikan distributor memenuhi PO outlet sesuai jumlah & jadwal (service level).
  • Melakukan re-visit outlet yang di-reject oleh SE untuk memastikan validitas outlet tersebut.
  • Membuat laporan rutin (harian, mingguan, bulanan) terkait pencapaian sales, hasil kunjungan, serta analisa masalah lapangan sebagai dasar strategi RSM.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Design and optimise hybrid lexical–semantic retrieval pipelines (e.g., BM25, dense vectors, HNSW/LSH, generative retrieval) to improve precision and recall across GoFood and GoPay surfaces. Build high-quality embeddings and relevance signals that capture user intent, cuisine and dish semantics, geolocation, delivery constraints, price sensitivity, and promotions. Develop multi-task deep ranking models that balance conversion, diversity, merchant quality, and long-term user retention, integrating real-time signals such as promotions, surge, and stock availability. Build personalised ranking layers and user behaviour models leveraging historical orders, preferences, and contextual features. Engineer recommendation algorithms using collaborative filtering, graph-based methods, and sequence models for retrieval expansion (e.g., Q2Q2I, Q2I2I, U2I), including for cold-start merchants and new dishes. Advance embedding quality for multi-modal data (text, images, behavioural signals) and use LLMs to enhance structured knowledge (taxonomy tagging, dish attributes, dietary labels). Incorporate structured metadata, taxonomy signals, and knowledge-graph features into retrieval and ranking pipelines to improve semantic understanding and consistency.
