Customer Service: Make regular contact and visit to customers; Respond to customer’s inquiry promptly; Receive and follow up customer’s order to be delivered on the promised date; Give technical assistance and presentation on product specification and application; Conduct and assist trial on product application People Management: Develops motivated, effective, and efficient Sales team; Ensures staff capability and commitment to achieve the targets built; Provides coaching (focused on skills development) to Sales personnel.
