Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via our web ticketing system promptly and professionally.
  • Perform server updates, upgrades, and patches to keep systems secure and stable.
  • Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Enhance server security to protect systems from potential threats.
  • Work with different hosting control panels (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Enhance, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the team to implement best practices for server management.
  • (Bonus) Configure and manage Mikrotik routers for optimized network performance.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with various control panels used in web hosting environments.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and server security best practices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • (Bonus) Expertise in Mikrotik routing and network management.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the web hosting industry.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Bash, Python, or Ansible).
  • Strong understanding of DNS, firewalls, and networking protocols.
