Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Communication Studies.
• At least 5 years of experience in a property company.
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign).
• Knowledgeable in multimedia and photography (drone operation is a plus).
• Familiar with property developer events.
• Understand about digital and conventional marketing (especially in the property sector).
• Creative, communicative, and confident.
• Able to work in a team and independent
• Capable of coordinating both internally and externally.
• Placement in Kelapa Gading.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Creating, coordinating, and distributing promotional materials for products and areas, both in conventional and digital media formats.
• Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and other external parties related to promotional media and events.
• Identifying current property trends and proposing implementation ideas
