Posisi: Country Manager
Persyaratan
- Graduate degree in Business or a related field from a prestigious university.
- Advanced certifications in Sales and Marketing are highly preferred, showcasing your commitment to continuous professional growth and expertise.
- 15+ years in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or equivalent function with experience with global sales teams.
- Researched, designed, and implemented automated sales processes to increase efficiency, productivity and visibility.
- Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with Excel or other relevant sales metric tools and programs.
- Skills:
- Clear approach for solution/consultative based selling.
- Strong negotiation skills to drive deals to ensure successful closes and high win rate.
- Strong relationships with key customers and understanding of the markets and national initiatives.
- Excellent listening, oral, written and presentation skills.
- Team player, Self-motivated, punctual & well-groomed.
- Strong executive presence, leadership and communication/influencing skills, a high degree of energy, intelligence, and self-confidence.
- Previous distribution sales experience with successful sales track record
- Previous working experience in a rapid sales growth environment
- An ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Strong mind set for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality

- Innovate & Improve: Take the initiative to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the sales process, working with sales management to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- Collaborate & Support: Work hand-in-hand with sales management to pinpoint bottlenecks, implement solutions, and elevate the overall sales process quality.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and ensure the accuracy and effective distribution of sales and financial reports, empowering leadership with the intelligence needed for success.
- Shape Incentives: Provide strategic input to senior leadership on the development and administration of sales incentive programs that drive high performance.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative strategies to meet sales targets, ensuring clear communication and alignment with executive leadership on goal progress.
