Assist in the execution of corporate actions, including the preparation and registration of prospectuses, circulars, and other required announcements. Support the Head of Corporate Secretary Division in organizing the General Meetings of Shareholders (Annual and Extraordinary), public exposes, and other corporate events to ensure smooth and compliant execution.
