Menyusun dan mengoptimalkan jadwal pengiriman (dispatch planning) Melakukan monitoring realisasi pengiriman dan memastikan pengiriman berjalan sesuai dengan rencana distribusi yang telah ditetapkan. Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko kekosongan stok (stock out) di SPBU dan mengambil tindakan mitigasi melalui penyesuaian rencana distribusi. Melaporkan aktivitas operasional distribusi secara berkala kepada Distribution Assistant Manager. Able to verify supporting billing documents (PO, DO, tax invoices, delivery notes, etc.). Meticulous, neat in data processing, and has good analytical skills.
