Ensure daily and monthly stocktaking is carried out. Monitor excess stock, near-ED, and slow movement and report to the Area Logistics Manager. Monitor the completion of returns to the principal. Monitor the implementation of the destruction of bad stock in the depot area, targeted once a week. Monitor deliveries regarding service levels, cost ratios, fuel ratios, and vehicle effectiveness. Prepare logistics reports according to each depot area. Monitor SLA & KIR process in the depot area.
