Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to architect and lead the financial systems for our factory operations. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for setting up robust accounting, budgeting, and inventory frameworks from the ground up. You will not only manage day-to-day fiscal activities but also act as a key advisor to the leadership team by providing deep insights into profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Architecture: Establish and maintain comprehensive systems for accounting, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare end-of-month cost reports, quarterly P&L statements, forecasts, and full annual financial reports.
• Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of accountants to ensure accuracy and professional growth.
• Operational Control: Oversee daily/monthly reconciliations and stock verifications; approve purchases and manage expense controls across departments.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with independent auditors and ensure 100% compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Strategic Analysis: Evaluate company profitability, process efficiency, and team performance to support long-term growth.
