Requirements :

• Fresh graduates (Sl) or post-graduates (S2) from any fields of studies
• Male or female
• Maximum age (s1): 24 years old / (s2): 27 years old
• Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent
• Have a strong sense of analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Actively involved in campus and/or external organizations
• Remain unmarried during the program
• Willing to be placed in all business units of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance in Indonesia
