Act as Architect-in-Charge for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with Indonesian building regulations and professional standards.2. Lead architectural design from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation.3. Review and approve architectural drawings, details, and specifications. Regulatory & Authority Coordination 1. Prepare and oversee architectural documentation for PBG and SLF submissions.2. Coordinate with local authorities and external consultants during approval processes.3. Ensure all architectural deliverables meet regulatory and permitting requirements. Project Coordination & Construction Support 1. Coordinate architectural scope with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.2. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical clarifications during construction.3. Attend coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders as required. Team Guidance & Quality Control 1. Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior architects and drafting staff.2. Ensure design consistency, accuracy, and constructability across project stages.
