Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• At least 1 years of experience in a similar position
• Familiar with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and performance appraisal support
• Good understanding of Government Regulations, Labor Law, and the Job Creation Law
• Skilled in using psychological assessment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in Semarang

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Handle HR & GA administration, such as BPJS & Payroll
• Providing employee uniforms and ID cards as requested.
• Recapping candidate databases.
• Updating employee data.
• Inputting and summarizing employee absences each month.
• Recapping data on employees who are undisciplined or late.
• Recapping employee leave, vacation, and sick leave.
• Submitting and requesting petty cash for procurement needs.
• Creating internal memos for employee accounts, including employee transfers and cutoffs.
• Collecting MOD forms and summarizing MOD incentives each month.
• Inputting employee schedules by payday each month.
• Checking employee absences according to finger and payday
