Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in a strictly multinational corporate HR role.
• A solid, reference-backed background operating within a high-volume manufacturing plant environment is mandatory.
• Language: Professional, highly articulate English proficiency is mandatory for frequent presentation of data-driven strategies to regional and global stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:

• Matrix Navigation: Proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage multi-tiered stakeholder expectations, and operate smoothly within a complex global matrix reporting structure.
• Data & Tech Fluency: Expert-level mastery of MS Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboard design), with a practical capability to leverage modern AI tools to automate HR workflows.

Personal & Professional Attributes:

• Excellent presentation skills; highly capable of transforming complex personnel data into clear executive pitches.
• Strong character, high professional maturity, and excellent problem-solving capabilities under minimal supervision.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Role:

• The Senior HRBP Supervisor manages day-to-day people operations and strategic HR initiatives for the plant’s core Operations functions (Supply Chain, General Affairs, and Industrial Relations). Acting as a critical operational bridge, this role translates corporate, global business goals into practical plant-level workflows. The ideal candidate functions as a strategic data-fluent advisor to department heads while remaining deeply connected to factory-floor dynamics, ensuring maximum labor availability, workforce optimization, and peaceful industrial relations within a high-speed production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Stakeholder Partnering: Act as the primary HRBP point-of-contact for Plant Department Heads (HODs); deliver proactive leadership coaching, strategic counsel, and resolve complex human capital conflicts directly on the manufacturing floor.
• Workforce & Headcount Governance: Oversee complex headcount budgeting, organizational structure shifts, and align closely with talent acquisition functions to secure optimal manpower allocation for production lines.
• Performance & Talent Acceleration: Drive the execution of global performance management cycles, oversee employee development roadmaps, and engineer local succession planning structures.
• Data-Driven HR Projects: Execute high-impact local and regional HR initiatives, translating technical workforce metrics into structured, data-driven corporate presentations for executive leadership alignment.
• Industrial & Employee Relations: Cultivate strong workplace relations, maintaining full compliance with local labor law regulations and mitigating operational risks within a fast-paced factory ecosystem.
