Persyaratan

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
Have 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Coordinator or similar role in construction projects, data center construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction HSE standards, risk assessments, and incident reporting
Valid HSE certifications (AK3 Umum, K3 Construction, or equivalent)
Good communication skills and strong ability to coordinate on-site

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Implement and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and site safety rules in accordance with project and regulatory requirements
Conduct daily site monitoring, safety walks, inspections, and hazard identification
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices by workers and subcontractors
Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings
Report, investigate, and document incidents, accidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis and follow‑up actions
Maintain HSE documentation, permits, risk assessments (HIRADC / JSA), and site records
Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections
Monitor environmental controls such as housekeeping, waste management, and spill prevention
Support emergency preparedness, drills, and on‑site response coordination
