Persyaratan

• Min. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Min. 2 years of experience as a site inspector.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings/shop drawings.
• Willing to be placed in Summarecon Tangerang.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Supervise the construction of houses or commercial units to ensure the quality meets company standards.
• Direct foremen or contractors to prevent errors or deviations during construction.
• Ensure that fieldwork execution aligns with project planning.
• Review and verify working/shop drawings, construction drawings for Structure, Architecture, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Coordinate Structural, Architectural, and MEP drawings with contractors to avoid errors on-site.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Site Manager or Project Manager.
