Provide technical briefings and task instructions to the mechanical maintenance team. Review and update the status of maintenance activities, including pending and completed tasks, in the SAP Plant Maintenance system. Coordinate with other departments for shutdown planning, start-up, and overhaul execution. Prepare and submit activity reports according to job duties. Participate in the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Initiate and execute continuous improvement programs to increase maintenance effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all HSE procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems and recommend improvements. Support troubleshooting and repair works during equipment breakdowns. Assist in managing spare parts, inventory, and documentation related to mechanical systems.
