Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, HSE, maintenance) Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and optimize resources Oversee mine planning execution in alignment with short-term and long-term production goals.
