Posisi: Operation Manager

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related commercial discipline
• 5 years of proven track record of managing and scaling operations teams
• Strong, deeply demonstrated understanding of process design, structural SOP development, and operational excellence frameworks
• Fluent professional level of communication and reporting capabilities in Chinese, with adequate level English
• A strong willingness and enthusiasm to work productively within a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage comprehensive operational processes across the organization to guarantee maximum day-to-day efficiency and seamless scalability
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational policies, standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow frameworks to elevate quality standards
• Manage, mentor, and develop the operations team, proactively nurturing a collaborative, high-performance execution culture
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support departments to synchronize operational actions with strategic business milestones
• Proactively identify systemic operational friction or bottlenecks, rapid-deploying structural solutions to optimize service delivery and enhance the merchant experience
