Persyaratan

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, IT, or a cross-functional environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from team members to senior leadership
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly and concisely to non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Initiative & Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate ownership of projects, and anticipate needs without constant supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Desirable
  • Knowledge of Workday, Lark, GWS
  • Familiarity with IT systems and project delivery methods within HR (e.g., HRIS integrations, employee data privacy, cloud-based solutions).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar) is a plus.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Project Management & Delivery:
  • Lead or support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR-related projects, with a particular focus on IT systems integration, HR tools, and process improvements.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure timely and efficient delivery of initiatives
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions to ensure minimal impact on project timelines
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  • Engage with key stakeholders from HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure effective communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and support
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Planning & Analytical Support:
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the HR team.
  • Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and workflow assessments to provide actionable insights that drive project decisions.
  • Use Lark Base and other project management tools to maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Process Improvement & Initiative Ownership:
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and systems, recommending initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Take the initiative to anticipate challenges and proactively address issues or bottlenecks that may hinder project progress.
  • Support the HR team in the evaluation, adoption, and implementation of new technologies or HR solutions.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Memastikan strategi TI dan praktik tata kelola TI selaras dengan tujuan bisnis dan arah strategis perusahaan. Mendukung pengembangan dan implementasi framework, kebijakan, serta prosedur tata kelola TI sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan regulasi. Mengidentifikasi, menilai, memantau, dan melaporkan risiko terkait TI, termasuk risiko keamanan informasi, operasional, dan kepatuhan. Membantu memantau implementasi strategi TI serta mengukur kinerja TI menggunakan metrik dan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) yang telah ditetapkan. Memastikan proses TI mematuhi regulasi yang berlaku, standar industri, serta ketentuan hukum (ISO 27001, PDP, GDPR, dan lainnya). Melakukan monitoring dan audit internal tata kelola TI, termasuk tindak lanjut atas temuan dan tindakan perbaikan. Menyusun laporan yang akurat dan tepat waktu terkait tata kelola TI, risiko, kepatuhan, dan kinerja untuk kebutuhan internal maupun regulator. Berkolaborasi dengan tim TI dan departemen lain untuk memastikan pelaksanaan inisiatif tata kelola TI berjalan efektif.
