Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a mechanical role, preferably in power plants, heavy industries, or energy sectors. Hands-on experience with turbines, boilers, pumps, compressors, piping systems, valves, and other mechanical equipment. Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), and technical manuals. Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting, repair methods, and root cause analysis. Understanding of power plant operations and safety regulations (K3, SMK3, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Other Requirements: Willingness to work in a remote or shift-based setting if required. Physically fit to perform site inspections and hands-on support. Good attitude, discipline, and strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Perform all work in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Electrical Safety (K2), and 6R/6S programs. Supervise the daily work of technicians and ensure the quality and safety of maintenance tasks for Boiler, Turbine, and BOP equipment. Provide technical briefings and task instructions to the mechanical maintenance team. Review and update the status of maintenance activities, including pending and completed tasks, in the SAP Plant Maintenance system. Coordinate with other departments for shutdown planning, start-up, and overhaul execution. Prepare and submit activity reports according to job duties. Participate in the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Initiate and execute continuous improvement programs to increase maintenance effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all HSE procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems and recommend improvements. Support troubleshooting and repair works during equipment breakdowns. Assist in managing spare parts, inventory, and documentation related to mechanical systems. Provide regular reports on equipment condition and maintenance activities.
