Persyaratan

• Strong understanding of concept development, design execution, and creative storytelling.
• A modern and adaptable visual aesthetic suitable for diverse concepts and kaudienes.
• Exceptional ideation and concepting abilities.
• Proven leadership capabilities, especially in creative team settings.
• Experience in motion graphics and animation production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Familiarity with 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D or equivalent softwares.
• Receptive to feedback with a growth-oriented mindset.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Generate outstanding, innovative, and strategic creative concepts.
• Develop and direct key visuals for Trans Media projects, guiding both graphic designers and motion graphic artists.
• Translate project briefs into powerful visual ideas and storytelling.
• Lead the graphic design team to deliver consistently high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative leads, including the Set Design Section Head and Senior Art Director.
• Actively contribute to the ideation and development of impactful creative campaigns.
• Receive and implement feedback and revisions efficiently and professionally.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and initiative in all creative endeavors.
