Persyaratan

• Very good English language proficiency (written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages (particularly Spanish) will be a plus
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, building relationships, and presenting strategies
• Sound understanding of business development strategies, with a proven track record spanning across multinational organizations. We prefer Candidates with at least 3 years of verifiable similar experience
• Must be comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams, within different time zones
• Must understand the concept of medical confidentiality. Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR and ICH GCP is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Access to a stable, fast-speed internet connection
• Based within 50 km from a major international airport
• Valid Passport

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Role Description

We are actively seeking two full-time Strategic Growth Leads in Indonesia and Malaysia. As Mexico's DCT Market is projected to rise to $27.6 billion USD by 2031, we look forward to establishing successful long-term partnerships with Pharmaceutical Industry leaders, Medical Providers, and ancillary service Providers. The successful Candidate will identify and execute growth opportunities, develop and implement strategic initiatives, manage high-impact assignments, and build strong relationships with potential Partners and Clients. Responsibilities include market analysis, creating growth strategies, collaborating with cross fuanctional teams, communication with stakeholders, and driving revenue through operational growth. Occasional international travel may be required (less than 10%).
