Persyaratan

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy & employer branding
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and related data analysis tools to support recruitment reporting and decision-making
Proficient in using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar applications) to create recruitment and employer branding content

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment to achieve hiring targets and business needs
Develop talent acquisition strategies and build strong talent pipelines
Manage and drive employer branding programs through campuses, professional communities, and digital platforms to attract qualified candidates
Partner with business leaders to deliver effective recruitment solutions
Drive new hire retention by improving hiring quality, ensuring candidate-job fit, and collaborating with stakeholders to support successful onboarding and long-term employee retention
Analyze recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring processes
