Technical BD Indonesia

Persyaratan:

1. 2 to 5 years in business development, pre-sales, or technical account management within cybersecurity or enterprise IT.
2. Preferred qualifications include either a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline, or substantial industry experience at an equivalent level.
3. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
4. Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies: EDR, NDR, CWPP, IPS, Email Security, SIEM, SOAR, etc.
5. Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required. Able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

1. Market Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity offerings tailored to regional and industry-specific needs.

2. Technical Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor, articulating technical value propositions of EDR, NDR, CWPP, Email Security solutions and more.
  • Conduct product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops with prospects and partners.

3. Partnership & Ecosystem Building

  • Collaborate with channel partners, MSSPs, and technology alliances to expand reach.
  • Support joint marketing and sales initiatives with ecosystem partners.

4. Customer Success

  • Work closely with Product/R&D/Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption for customers
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer requirements and market trends.

5. Strategic Insight

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity threats, compliance mandates, and competitive landscape.
