Persyaratan

Skill Sets & Talents:

5+ years of UI/UX design experience for desktop & mobile productStrong expertise in Figma, prototyping, and scalable design systems
Experience with design tokens / token variables, CSS variables, and basic CSS understanding
Experience designing system/CMS/dashboard interfaces and collaborating with development teams
Proficient with tools such as Figma (required), Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar
Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability
Strong creative sense and understanding of brand design
Able to work in fast-paced agile environments with a proactive mindset
Fluent in English
Portfolio required
Capability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
Strong analytical and planning skills
Excellent problem-solving skills

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile products
Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
Design dashboards, CMS, and system interfaces with strong usability principles
Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams during product development
Conduct user research and translate business/user needs into effective design solutions
Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, and user experience across products
Assist with other related design initiatives and responsibilities as assigned
Adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to various design-related tasks
