Posisi: Coordinator Special Event - Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in a related major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management
• Fresh graduates with event internship experience are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry
• Having an extensive network in the fashion industry will be a plus
• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
• Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading
• Ready to work on weekends and national holidays

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Propose budgets and event concepts for annual event (JF3)
• Coordinate and confirm approvals with event organizers, artists, event supporters, and tenants to ensure events run smoothly
• Prepare reports and analyze completed events on a periodic basis, including budget realization, promotional advertisement evidence, and event photo documentation
