Manage backstage and model coordination, including preparation and readiness. Direct and oversee the overall show flow during the fashion show. Take full accountability for the execution and outcomes of the event, including post-event evaluation of strengths and areas for improvement. Ensure seamless coordination with key supporting roles such as stylists and hair & makeup artists. Bridge designers’ creative vision with stage production and technical requirements.
