Belum menikah, dan bersedia tidak menikah selama 1 tahun pertama masa ikatan kerja. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang pelayanan, jasa, front office, dan/atau call center. Mengetahui peraturan dan perundangan terkait jaminan sosial dan program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Mampu memberikan informasi layanan yang baik dan lengkap kepada peserta. Mampu melakukan verifikasi berkas klaim dengan teliti. Mampu mengelola keluhan peserta dengan baik. Menguasai MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, dan yang terkait). Mampu membuat, menganalisis, dan mengelola laporan serta berkas klaim. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dan/atau bahasa asing lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.
