Posisi: Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, or a related field. Preferably certified in Training & Development or related instructional design
• 3-5 years of training and employee development management experience, within the scope of L&D or T&D
• 2 years in a leadership or supervisor role overseeing and implementing the Training Lifecycle
• Experience in a Human Resources consultant industry is highly prioritized
• Hands-on Training Lifecycle expertise, encompassing the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to maximize training effectiveness
• Strong Character: A high degree of confidence and professional maturity, and the ability to work under minimum supervision
• Flexible and adaptable (not rigid or reluctant), and willing to travel domestically for business trips

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Instructional Design & Development: Execute the ADDIE process (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) for various programs
• Design and implement internal programs for the "INCREDIBLE" core values for all employees
• External Partnership & TTEP Management: Monitor and manage cooperation programs with educational institutions (TTEP)
• Implement and integrate knowledge management systems within the Learning & Development ecosystem
• Coordinate and design selection/development programs for regional and national contestants as mandated by the principal (TAM)
