Persyaratan

• Legal administrative experience is required.
• Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
• Meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Provide administrative support to the legal department (Disputes & Compliance team)
• Administer and maintain the database of legal documents
• Monitor and record requests received by legal team (internal and external), maintain trackers and logs
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather information and ensure timely responses to requests
• Conduct legal research
• Support legal team in managing dispute related matters and IP complaints
• Other related tasks assigned from time to time
