Pengalaman kerja 3 sampai 5 tahun di bidang Finance, Accounting, atau Tax, diutamakan memiliki pengalaman supervisi. Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat mengenai prinsip akuntansi (PSAK), pelaporan keuangan, dan peraturan perpajakan di Indonesia. Memahami proses perpajakan, termasuk perhitungan dan pelaporan PPh. Berpengalaman atau memahami administrasi perbankan serta aktivitas treasury. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan software akuntansi. Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, teliti, serta mampu memecahkan masalah. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik, serta mampu berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal. Menjunjung tinggi integritas, profesionalisme, dan komitmen terhadap praktik kerja yang etis. Deskripsi Pekerjaan Finance Mengawasi arus kas perusahaan, termasuk pembayaran dan penerimaan. Menyusun proyeksi keuangan dan memantau realisasi anggaran. Mengendalikan biaya operasional serta memastikan efisiensi keuangan. Berkoordinasi dengan bank, vendor, dan pihak eksternal terkait urusan keuangan. Accounting Mengawasi pencatatan transaksi keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Memastikan proses penutupan buku bulanan dan tahunan dilakukan tepat waktu dan akurat.Menelaah laporan keuangan (Neraca, Laporan Laba Rugi, dan Arus Kas). Memantau rekonsiliasi bank, piutang usaha, utang usaha, dan aset tetap. Memastikan seluruh dokumen keuangan lengkap dan tertata dengan baik. Tax Menghitung, melaporkan, dan membayarkan pajak (PPh, PPN, dan pajak lainnya). Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku. Menyiapkan data dan dokumen untuk keperluan pemeriksaan pajak. Berkoordinasi dengan konsultan pajak dan otoritas pajak apabila diperlukan. SupervisoryMengawasi dan mengembangkan tim Finance & Accounting. Membagi tugas, memantau kinerja, serta memberikan arahan dan pembinaan.
