Posisi: Ship Planner

Persyaratan

• Having 2-3 years of sailing experience as a 3rd officer at a minimum (ANT Graduate)
• Familiarity with ship stability calculation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
• Placement in Head Office, Surabaya.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Cargo Planning & Stowage:
• Create and optimize load plans to ensure safe, efficient, and balanced cargo stowage.
• Input and update loadlist data in planning software.
• Adjust cargo distribution based on vessel stability, draft, and deadweight capacity (DC cert).
• Ensure compliance with SWL (Safe Working Load) for ship cranes and lifting equipment.
• Plan rigging and lifting for bulk/heavy cargo to prevent operational delays.
• Operational Monitoring & Coordination:
• Monitor cargo operations in real-time across all ports to avoid discrepancies.
• Coordinate with external stakeholder (terminals , agencies, and port authorities) for berth availability and schedules.
• Track vessel schedules vs. actual arrivals/departures and update stakeholders.
• Verify ROB (Remaining On Board) conditions and advise on cargo adjustments.
• Dangerous Goods (DG) & Safety Compliance:
• Review and approve DG cargo submissions in Unicorn system following IMDG regulations.
• Ensure hazardous materials are stowed according to safety and segregation rules.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of load plans, final stowage, and cargo manifests.
• Generate reports on vessel performance, load factor accuracy, and schedule adherence.
• Communicate deviations or risks to the Liner Operation Manager for decision-making.
