Deskripsi Pekerjaan Cargo Planning & Stowage: Create and optimize load plans to ensure safe, efficient, and balanced cargo stowage. Input and update loadlist data in planning software. Adjust cargo distribution based on vessel stability, draft, and deadweight capacity (DC cert). Ensure compliance with SWL (Safe Working Load) for ship cranes and lifting equipment. Plan rigging and lifting for bulk/heavy cargo to prevent operational delays. Operational Monitoring & Coordination: Monitor cargo operations in real-time across all ports to avoid discrepancies. Coordinate with external stakeholder (terminals , agencies, and port authorities) for berth availability and schedules. Track vessel schedules vs. actual arrivals/departures and update stakeholders. Verify ROB (Remaining On Board) conditions and advise on cargo adjustments. Dangerous Goods (DG) & Safety Compliance: Review and approve DG cargo submissions in Unicorn system following IMDG regulations. Ensure hazardous materials are stowed according to safety and segregation rules. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of load plans, final stowage, and cargo manifests. Generate reports on vessel performance, load factor accuracy, and schedule adherence. Communicate deviations or risks to the Liner Operation Manager for decision-making. Monitor order fulfillment and shipment documentation (for International and Domestic Inbound Customer Service) and ensure this information is communicated to customers (shippers/consignees) and other relevant parties. Prepare and submit reports as agreed with customers, following the established reporting schedule. Receive, record, and respond to customer complaints and coordinate with the Customer Service Supervisor. Prepare monthly VPR and VPA reports (for shipping lines) and monitor customer complaints. Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the work area.
