Deskripsi Pekerjaan Administrative & Facility Oversight Supervise and coordinate general office tasks, including inventory management, building maintenance, and facility oversight. Ensure cleanliness, neatness, and comfort of the workplace. Manage support services including security, transportation/drivers, cleaning service (OB), and the company canteen. Procurement & Supply Management Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for company goods and services. Monitor the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials according to established procedures. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers. Compliance & Licensing Systematic management of company documents, archives, and records. Manage all necessary permits and licenses related to company activities and operations. Executive Support & Translation Act as a translator for the Director and serve as a communication bridge between the Director and other departments.
