Deskripsi Pekerjaan Conduct site surveys and measurements in collaboration with designers and related teams prior to set construction. Perform inspections at contractor workshops to ensure set quality control before delivery to the production site. Determine initial setup points for set construction and multimedia installation (including LED and frameless plasma displays). Develop and manage project timelines to monitor progress throughout set construction. Coordinate and supervise contractors during set construction, both directly and through contractor coordinators, while supporting multimedia crews during installation. Manage access for contractors and multimedia crews from loading to dismantling, while ensuring consistency with approved designs in terms of workflow, details, and finishing. Oversee and safeguard company multimedia assets, ensuring proper handling, installation, and readiness for operation. Act as a mediator and facilitator between contractors, multimedia teams, and other stakeholders involved in studio setup activities. Ensure that set construction and multimedia installation are executed in accordance with approved design drawings and technical specifications. Take full responsibility for the execution of hard set construction and multimedia installation.
