Kriteria Difabel Fisik yang diperkenankan berupa keterbatasan fungsi gerak dan langkah dan bukan merupakan keterbatasan fungsi salah satu indra yang tidak mengurangi keterampilan mengoperasikan komputer. Kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik. Memiliki minat dalam bidang pelayanan. Memiliki prestasi non akademis dan/atau organisasi (nilai tambah). Mengetahui peraturan dan perundangan terkait jaminan sosial dan program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Mampu memberikan informasi layanan yang baik dan lengkap kepada peserta. Mampu melakukan verifikasi berkas klaim dengan teliti. Mampu mengelola keluhan peserta dengan baik. Menguasai MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, dan yang terkait). Mampu membuat, menganalisis, dan mengelola laporan serta berkas klaim. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dan/atau bahasa asing lainnya menjadi nilai tambah. Memiliki SIM A dan/atau C yang masih berlaku menjadi nilai tambah. Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking yang baik. Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di unit kerja BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia selama jangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun. Usia pensiun ditetapkan pada 36 (tiga puluh enam) tahun, dengan peluang perpanjangan masa kerja hingga mencapai usia 57 (lima puluh tujuh) tahun jika dinyatakan lulus dalam proses seleksi internal yang berlaku. Status Pekerjaan: Karyawan Tetap Deskripsi Pekerjaan Memberikan pelayanan terhadap permintaan informasi terkait kepesertaan, program, dan layanan untuk peserta. Menerima pengajuan layanan klaim, mengatur penyelesaian antrian klaim, dan melakukan konfirmasi wawancara kepada peserta. Memberikan edukasi layanan program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kepada peserta terkait manfaat, prosedur layanan JMO, pajak progresif, MLT, layanan lainnya. Melakukan verifikasi pengajuan klaim peserta secara tepat, akurat, dan cepat untuk mendukung kelancaran pemenuhan hak peserta. Mengelola layanan prima di ruang layanan kantor cabang sesuai standar. Menangani keluhan dan pengaduan peserta guna menjaga kepuasan peserta. Mengelola administrasi dan dokumen secara fisik maupun elektronik sesuai ketentuan untuk tertib administrasi.
