Bersama ini kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja MATERIAL CONTROL STAFF Di PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) sebagai berikut: Posisi: MATERIAL CONTROL STAFF Persyaratan S1 Teknik Industri Memiliki pemahaman MRP dan tata Kelola Gudang / Warehouse Mampu membuat laporan yang berkaitan perencanaan dan hasil produksi Mampu bekerja baik secara tim maupun individual Mampu berbahasa inggris Mampu mengoperasikan Ms office & Bahasa pemrograman Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & inisiatif yg baik Deskripsi Pekerjaan Mengontrol persiapan New Model berdasarkan informasi / schedule PP department. Mengontrol lokalisasi part berdasarkan schedule/kalkulasi dari PC Departement. Mengontrol perubahan part di L-BOM, berdasarkan dari Revisi Notice A/B1/B2. Mempelajari dan Membuat Subjek tema (1-QDC) sebagai object aktivitas yang harus dipersiapan untuk support New Model Mensosialisasikan Subjek tema Aktivitas 1-QDC, yang sudah disetujui Manajement, ke semua PIC Genba terkait. Berperan aktif dalam penentuan part check spec, berdasarkan item baru atau referensi dari model sebelumnya. Mengevaluasi dan menentukan packing standard part dari supplier. Membuat check sheet penerimaan, mapping list berdasarkan check sheet PE dan dicompare dengan BOM dalam PYMAC-III untuk memastikan akurasi isi mapping list. Mengevaluasi pemakaiannya kesesuaian antara actual dengan system. Mengkoordinasikan dan membuat progress report aktivitas persiapan new model berdasarkan 1-QDC sheet. Memonitor dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan assy check, full try dan pilot serta membuat aktivitas perbaikan terhadap masalah yang dihadapi agar tidak terjadi masalah pada saat mass produksi. Mengedukasi operator terkait terhadap point penting (khususnya part check spec) Membuat kalkulasi kebutuhan area simpan dan control pelaksanaan re-layout yang dikoordinasikan dengan GENBA.
