Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke pasar/distributor untuk memastikan availability produk, display di outlet, kesegaran produk (expired date), dan mencegah OOS. Melakukan kunjungan ke Grosir/Pareto sesuai jadwal kunjungan yang ditentukan. Mengarahkan & memonitor kinerja Salesman Exclusive (SE) terkait JOM, AO, dan NOO. Memberikan edukasi produk & mengembangkan soft/technical skill SE, termasuk penggunaan handheld. Memastikan SE bekerja sesuai SOP distributor. Memastikan distributor memenuhi PO outlet sesuai jumlah & jadwal (service level). Melakukan re-visit outlet yang di-reject oleh SE untuk memastikan validitas outlet tersebut. Membuat laporan rutin (harian, mingguan, bulanan) terkait pencapaian sales, hasil kunjungan, serta analisa masalah lapangan sebagai dasar strategi RSM.
